Scouts save the day

The whole family was invited to a camping weekend with the scouts. I nearly panicked since I had never been camping before, but everyone really wanted to go. Luckily, the scouts' invitation came with ideas for what to bring on the trip to learn more about camping. I checked out all the sites, plus a few more, and went to the store to get what we'd need. Between a couple camping gear websites and the big box discount store, I was able to outfit the entire family for the camping trip. It was still all new to me, but when we arrived at the campground the more experienced parents were on hand to make sure that all the families had a good time. We did. Thanks to the scouts. A site to visit.
